Please take time to review our Terms and Conditions. Your Urban Home purchase constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
Urban Home reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at anytime. For this reason, we encourage you to review our Terms and Conditions with every purchase or use of our website. We will call you with a confirmation!


Payment Types


Urban Home accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, as well as Debit Cards for Online and Phone Orders. We do not accept Personal Checks or American Express.

At this time we do not accept PayPal or Cryptocurrency.

Please Note: For the safety of our customers and as an effort to protect your personal information and data, all orders are subject to a five (5) day hold due to a high volume of fraudulent charges. We may call you to verify your identity, this will help us expedite your order.



Warehouse


If you have a vehicle that can accommodate your purchase, you may pick up your items at our Oxnard Warehouse at no extra cost, simply choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.

Valid Form of Identification Required for any Warehouse Pickup.


Warehouse Hours:

Our Warehouse is Closed on Fridays

Monday - Thursday: 10am to 4:30pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 4:30pm.



In-Store Pickup


Any of our items can be picked up at an Urban Home Store in Southern California for no additional charge. Just choose In-Store Pickup at checkout. We'll call to confirm!

Valid form of Identification required for any In-Store Pickup


Return Policy

Furniture

Furniture may be returned or exchanged within 4-6 days of home delivery or in-store pick-up with the original receipt. The piece must be in original condition and in original packaging.

Please Note: Due to the labor intensive process of moving furniture, returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

Accessories

Accessories may be returned or exchanged within two weeks (14 Days) of home delivery or in-store pick-up. Original receipt must be present. Item must be in original condition and in original packaging.

No Restocking Fee is applied to Accessories.



Gift Certificates & Special Orders

Gift certificates and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please Note: Scott Living™ is considered "Special Order" and is non-returnable and non-refundable.



Floor Samples

All Floor Samples are Final Sale and are Sold As-Is.



Non-Returnable Items

Due to Health Concerns: Pillows, Bedding, Throws, Mattresses, and Rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable.



Additional Charges

Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable, this includes return Shipping or Pickup charges.

Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable.

Third Party Deliveries are non-returnable and non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders. No exceptions.

Returned items may not be dropped off at a store location. Any items that you wish to return must be delivered to: 3301 Sturgis Rd, Oxnard, CA 93030. Please call 805.604.0908 if you have any questions.
Please Note: Our Warehouse is Closed on Friday



Please allow 4-6 days for your credit to show on your Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card statement after your return has processed.


Warantee


Urban Home Furniture is Guaranteed by the Manufacturer for One (1) Year After Purchase. This covers Manufacturer Defects Only and does not apply to: Wear and Tear, Ripped Upholstery, Stains, Pet Hair and Damage, or any other damages not deemed justifiable by our Claims Department.

Please Note: your name and email are required for your claim to be applicable for review.


Shipping and Processing


We offer a variety of shipping options to best fit our customer’s needs. All of our shipments are delivered via ground shipping.


Standard Delivery

Our Standard Shipping includes Nationwide Ground Delivery. We work with third-party companies to provide trustworthy service at a very competitive rate. Standard shipments arrive at your doorstep or curbside in their original packaging.

Items will not be brought up any stairs. Assembly, product placement, and clean-up is not provided. We will call you to confirm your delivery!


White Glove Delivery

Our upgraded White Glove Delivery is fast and affordable. This service includes delivery, assembly, product placement, and clean-up.
We will deliver your furniture including one (1) flight of stairs. There is an additional fee $30 for pieces that need to be brought up more than one flight of stairs.


Smart Shipping

For customers residing in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties, we offer Smart Shipping for only $129. Items subject to same policies as "White Glove Delivery". Some exclusions may apply. Only Available to Online Orders!


*Please confirm your building’s insurance policies before scheduling your delivery. Dependent on insurance policies, an additional $60 fee may need to be charged before delivery can be completed.

If you are looking for a shipping quote for items you are interested in, simply add the desired products into your online Urban Home shopping cart, enter your state and zip code, click ‘ESTIMATE’ and your available shipping options and pricing will appear. At this time, we are unable to ship our pieces internationally.

Should this affect any aspect of your experience, returns or exchanges will be made on a case-by-case basis.


Out of Stock Items

Some items are occasionally on back order due to popular demand or quick sell out.

The prices displayed on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid only in the United States.
