Urban Home reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at anytime. For this reason, we encourage you to review our terms and conditions with every purchase or use of our website.

Urban Home accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and debit cards for online and phone orders. We DO NOT accept checks. We DO NOT accept American Express.

Warehouse Pickup

If you have a vehicle that can accommodate your purchase, you may pick up your items at our Oxnard warehouse Monday through Sunday 10am-4:30pm. Some items may be picked up at store locations. Please call to verify this when placing your order.

Return Policy

Furniture may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of home delivery or in-store pick-up with the original receipt. The piece must be in original condition and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Pillows, bedding, throws, mattresses, and rugs are non-returnable due to health concerns.

Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of home delivery or in-store pick-up with original receipt. The piece must be in original condition and in original packaging. No restocking fee will be applied.

Gift certificates and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Floor Samples are final sale.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders. No exceptions.

Returned items may not be dropped off at a store location. Any items that you wish to return must be delivered to: 3301 Sturgis Rd, Oxnard, CA 93030. Please call 805.604.0908 if you have any questions.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your credit to show on your Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card after your return has processed.

Shipping and Processing Fees

We offer a variety of shipping options to best fit our customer’s needs. All of our shipments are delivered via ground shipping.

Our Standard Shipping fee includes ground delivery nationwide. These shipments arrive on your doorstep or curbside (shipments will not be brought up an exterior flight of stairs) in their original packaging. Assembly, product placement, and clean-up is not provided.

Our upgraded White Glove delivery service is available for our larger pieces. This service includes delivery, assembly, product placement, and clean-up. Our delivery companies are not able to take away any of your existing furniture. There is an additional fee for pieces that need to be brought up a flight of stairs.

For our local Southern California customers residing in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties, we currently offer Standard Delivery of an unlimited amount of furniture for a flat rate of $99. These shipments arrive on your doorstep or curbside (shipments will not be brought up an exterior flight of stairs) in their original packaging. Assembly, product placement, and clean-up is not provided. Customers can upgrade their unlimited delivery to our White Glove service for an additional $39. Some exclusions apply. Offer valid online only.

*Please confirm your building’s insurance policies before scheduling your delivery. Dependent on insurance policies, an additional $60 fee may need to be charged before delivery can be completed.

If you are looking for a shipping quote for items you are interested in, simply add the desired products into your online Urban Home shopping cart, enter your state and zip code, click ‘ESTIMATE’ and your available shipping options and pricing will appear. At this time, we are unable to ship our pieces internationally.
